10. Coconut nuts truffles
Take a few tablespoons of coconut flakes, half a glass of oat bran, a couple of tablespoons of honey, half a glass of cashew nut oil. Mix bran, honey, and oil well. Prepare a teaspoon of coconut oil, the same amount of zest of orange, ground ginger, a couple of glasses of dark chocolate and the same amount of dates. Also take a tablespoon of orange juice, a couple of tablespoons of molasses, a quarter teaspoon of vanilla extract, a third of a glass of almonds and half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Remove the bones from the dates. After that, dates will need to be chopped with molasses, orange juice and zest, cinnamon, vanilla extract, almonds and ginger. Leave the mixture to cool for half an hour. After that, it will be necessary to make small balls from it (there should be about 30 of them). Cool them again, then rub the dark chocolate. It will need to be melted with coconut oil. Dip the truffles in this chocolate mixture and place them on the parchment to dry.
5. Cranberry cookies with pistachios
Take half a glass of honey, a little more than a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, the same amount of baking powder, three quarters of a cup of oatmeal and the same amount of whole grain wheat flour. You will also need to prepare a small amount of vanilla extract, one egg, a quarter cup of dried cranberries, as many pistachios, a little coconut oil and sea salt.
Combine the liquid ingredients in one bowl and the dry ones in the other (except cranberries and pistachios). Then connect them together and beat using a blender. Add cranberries and pistachios to the resulting mass (they will need to be chopped beforehand). Divide the dough into many small pieces, make the cookies round. This dessert will need to be baked for a quarter of an hour.

Prepare a little sea salt, a tablespoon of chia seeds, the same amount of lime juice, agave nectar, avocado (one thing will be enough), a few peaches, a glass of coconut flakes. Also take a few mint leaves, a quarter cup of yogurt (it should be unsweetened), up to 20 pieces of prunes or dates, three quarters of a glass of pecans.
Grind the pecans and coconut flakes, add prunes or dates to them. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients. To achieve maximum plasticity of the dough, put dried fruit in it.
