10. Classic recipe
Products: 0.5 kg of flour, 200 g of butter and sour cream, a couple of teaspoons of baking powder, half a glass of granulated sugar.

First you need to make shortcrust pastry. Mash butter at room temperature with sugar, pour sour cream there, sift flour and add baking powder. Knead thoroughly. Divide it into three parts (two or four, as it will be convenient) and place in the freezer.
After half an hour, turn on the oven and chop the dough into small pieces. The easiest way is a meat grinder. You can chop, break or grate. Bake cake blanks until browned. Cool them a little and remember with your hands. It is necessary to achieve a heterogeneous structure. Prepare the cream, whip the butter and condensed milk, combine with the base for the cake, mix.
Form classic "Anthill". Now you have to be patient, he must stand in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to get a good soak. Before serving, you can decorate it, however, without additional ingredients, the cake will turn out to be very tasty.
9. Without baking
If you don’t feel like bothering with the dough, this recipe will do just fine.
Products: sweet cookies ("Baked milk" or the like) - 650 g, 550 g of boiled condensed milk, half a packet of butter, a couple of tbsp. spoons of sour cream.
First chop the cookies. If possible, use a food processor or a blender; if not, you will have to break it with your hands. Whip condensed milk, sour cream and butter, mix with cookies. It remains only to put the mass on a plate and give it the shape of a cake.
It can be prepared in 10 minutes, but you must wait until it is saturated. Give cake without baking at least spend a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
8. With sour cream
This recipe differs from the classic one only in the composition of the cream. We suggest you replace the butter sour cream, it will turn out no less tasty, but the number of calories will be significantly reduced.
For 1 can of boiled condensed milk, 300 g of sour cream will be required. Beat well, add vanillin for flavor. Prepare the dough according to recipe No. 10, form a cake and put it in the refrigerator.
7. From corn sticks
Another version of "Anthill", he will surely delight children. By the way, they can take part in the process, because this dish is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients: 300 g sticks, 380 g condensed milk (boiled), 180 g butter.
Prepare the cream by whipping condensed milk and butter in a blender or using a whisk. Put it there corn sticks. If they are too large, cut them into halves. Leave a few sticks for decoration, they must be rubbed into crumbs.
Now make a cake from the sweet mass, sprinkle it with corn crumbs on top. If you like to crunch, you can immediately put the kettle. Of course, it’s better to wait a bit and let the dessert soak, but we admit: the cake is good both in this and in this version.
6. Popcorn
Another original recipe for goodies. Better not ready to buy popcorn, and do it yourself. Then you will be sure that it is fresh, and the cake will turn out delicious.
It will take 40 grams of grain and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Take the pan. Lubricate it with oil, pour in the grains, turn on the fire, close the lid (this is important). After a few minutes, the grains will begin to explode. Gently shake the pan and place it on the stove again. Perform this manipulation a couple more times.
When the explosions stop, turn off the stove. Open the lid, let the popcorn cool, and while you prepare the cream according to any of the recipes (No. 10 or 8). Carefully insert popcorn into it, mix and place on the plate in the shape of an anthill.
5. With milk chocolate
If you adore chocolate, this recipe will not leave you indifferent. Add to the cream (recipe No. 10 or 8) 7 - 8 slices milk chocolatepreviously melting it in a water bath. Cook the dough according to the classic recipe or use any other of the previous ones.
Mix the pieces with cream, form a cake. From the remaining chocolate, you can cook the icing and cover the cake, or you can grate the chocolate and sprinkle the Anthill on top.
Glaze Ingredients: half a bar of chocolate, water - Art. spoon, 100 g sugar, ¼ packs of butter.
Melt the chocolate, add sugar, water and butter there, hold over low heat, stirring constantly. As soon as the consistency of the glaze becomes uniform, remove from the stove, cool a little and you can decorate your cake.
4. With fruit syrup
To diversify the taste of the cake, you can add your favorite to the cream fruit syrup. You will need a can of boiled condensed milk, 100 g of syrup, the amount of oil will be reduced by half (to 100 g).

3. Cherry
This option involves using cherry jam for cream. In this case, take regular condensed milk and mix it with jam. In the berry season, of course, it is better to use fresh fruits. Remove the bones from them.

2. With peanuts
Ingredients: 4 cups flour, 200 g margarine, 120 g sugar, 300 g sour cream, a teaspoon of baking powder.

The cake will turn out no less tasty if you use as an additive sunflower and poppy seeds. To prepare the dough, use the classic recipe or completely replace it with other ingredients that do not require baking.
Fry the peeled seeds until golden brown, 150 grams is enough. 1/3 cup will be needed. Add these products to the cream, leaving a little to decorate the cake.
